After a loads of experimenting in my kitchen, I finally made my own chocolate cake recipe that my husband's love! I've mastered this super moist chocolate cake that everyone was raving for! Check out my video and recipe on IG.


The idea of having homemade chocolate cake using raw ingredients is completely different. You will not see those unknown terminology like you've seen in nutrition facts. Which means, it is safe!


My son have the habit to asks me where is the bag or packaging of what I am making. Because he will read the ingredients in the back of the packaging, even the pasta box. I am glad he does that because he is concern about allergens.

Super Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vinegar

Sift in all dry ingredients:

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup cocoa poser

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda


Procedure:

Bake for 40 minutes in 350 Degree Fahrenheit in an 8 inches round pan.

Poke a bamboo stick or fork to test doneness. If the stick comes out clean, that means, it is done.


How to make chocolate filling or toppings.

In a medium pan, simmer:

1 cup of whole milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar.


Whisk them together until sugar melted and add:

1/3 cup cocoa powder

3 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoon butter and

a teaspoon of vanilla extract


Whisk them together until it become fluffy. Let it cool and it's ready to spread it on top of the cake or use it fill your cake. This size serves 8-10 generously.


It is super easy, super fast, super delicious moist chocolate cake!
